Fill out Order Form

Order Form can be filled out online or you can download it to your computer for future use. To download order form right-click on an Order Form image and select menu option 'Save Target As...'.

You can order up to 12 items on the Order Form. If you require more items fill out a second form. After filling out the form, click on the Print Form button to keep a copy for your own records.

Then click on the Submit by Email button to prepare the email. Click on the Send button and run your email program to send the email.

Freight Notes

On the Order Form you can select from four Freight methods...

• Regular Post is normal Australia Parcel Post. No insurance is available.
• Express Post provides a faster service. We will use Express Post satchels for smaller items and Express Post Parcel for larger items. No insurance is available.
• Registered Post requires a signature. Australia Post will place a card in your letter box and you pickup the Parcel from your local Post Office.
• Courier service requires a signature on delivery. They also require a shipping address that is attended (such as a Work address). Items returned because the delivery address was unattended will be charged an additional freight charge.

NOTE: some items such as aerosol cans of spray paint cannot be sent by Express Post, they will be sent by another Freight method. Items of higher value will be sent by Registered Post.

Pay Invoice

If the items you order are all in stock you will then receive an Invoice for Payment. If some items are out of stock we will email you for further instructions.

Invoices can be paid be electronic bank transfer, bank deposit or PayPal. PayPal allows the use of a Credit Card. The Invoice will have further information for payment.

Receive Items

We will freight the items within one working day of receiving payment. Delivery time depends upon the Freight method you selected on the Order Form.
